Compared with the prior similar product of external recombinant bFGF, the small molecular polypeptide provided by the invention has equivalent proliferation promoting effect, but higher affinity and smaller molecular weight, and adopts a chemical synthesis method rather than a genetic engineering method, so that the required production cost and use cost are lower under the use condition of equivalent molar concentration, and the small molecular polypeptide is a product for promoting skin wound repair and cell proliferation by well replacing the recombinant bFGF. Compared with bFGF, the polypeptide provided by the invention has only a few to more than ten amino acids, so that the degradation degree is greatly reduced, and the experimental result disclosed by the invention proves that the polypeptide can continuously act on a treatment part, so that the polypeptide has the technical advance. |
