titleOfInvention | Method for extracting resveratrol from compound-leaf grape skin residue |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting resveratrol from compound-leaf grape skin residue, which comprises the steps of drying and pulverizing the grape skin residue, performing ethanol gradient extraction, preparing electrolyte, separating and purifying, desorbing and drying, wherein after the grape skin residue is dried to prepare powder, the powder is extracted by using gradient ethanol and concentrated to obtain an extract, the extract and a mixed solution added with KC1 and KNO3 are mixed, the resveratrol is adsorbed into a hydrophobic inner cavity of beta-cyclodextrin modified on the surface of a silver electrode through electrolysis, and the resveratrol is separated and purified in a manner of forming a stable compound through hydrogen bonds. The method gradually leaches the resveratrol in the grape peel through the gradient ethanol, has simple process and short leaching period, can improve the extraction rate of the resveratrol, has simple process of separating and purifying the resveratrol in the crude extract, high separation and purification efficiency and thorough separation and purification. |
