titleOfInvention Demulsifier for conditioning and three-phase separation of oily sludge and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a demulsifier for three-phase separation of oil-containing sludge tempering and a preparation method thereof. The demulsifier is prepared by compounding polyethylene polyamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether (AE type), fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and an alcohol solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the polyethylene polyamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether (AE type), the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alcohol and water is 1.0-1.5: 2.0-3.0: 1.0-2.0: 4.0-6.0. The demulsifier is used in the chemical tempering-three-phase centrifugal separation treatment process of the tank-cleaning oil sludge of the crude oil storage tank, the addition amount of the demulsifier is 1000mg/kg of oil sludge, the purity of the recovered crude oil after the tank-cleaning oil sludge treatment can be more than 95%, and the oil content in the sludge is reduced to less than 5%.
