abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of macromolecules, in particular to an injection-grade PP/ABS micro-foaming composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the injection-grade PP/ABS micro-foaming composite material is prepared from a raw material composition, and the raw material composition comprises: 45-80 parts of polypropylene granules, 70-80 parts of polypropylene powder, 1.5-4 parts of microsphere foaming agent, 10-30 parts of ABS, 2-5 parts of initiator, 5-15 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 5-10 parts of styrene, 5-10 parts of inorganic filler, 0.2-0.4 part of antioxidant, 0.5-1 part of lubricant and 0-2 parts of optional auxiliary agent. According to the invention, the compatilizer is prepared by grafting and modifying the polypropylene powder to enhance the interface bonding force of PP and ABS, improve the mechanical property and weather resistance of the PP/ABS micro-foamed composite material, and the microsphere foaming agent is used as the foaming agent, so that the uniformity of air holes is improved, the density and quality of the PP/ABS micro-foamed composite material are reduced, and the compatilizer has important and profound significance for light weight of automobiles. |
