abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a visible-light-responsive TiO2-AgBr photocatalyst, and belongs to the technical field of nano catalysts. The method is to prepare 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([ BMIM ] Br) from pyridine and n-butyl bromide under certain conditions. The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing a certain amount of pyridine and n-butyl bromide, carrying out circulating reflux for a period of time, and cooling to obtain a white solid, namely 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([ BMIM ] Br) which is used as a precursor, wherein the white solid has extremely high catalytic activity in preparation of the photocatalyst TiO 2-AgBr. The method has the advantages of simple process and low requirement on equipment, the prepared photocatalyst has high degradation rate for degrading dyes, pesticides and phenols under the irradiation of visible light, and the photocatalyst can be repeatedly used and has excellent visible light response performance. |
