A plurality of obliquely downward nozzles are arranged along the length direction; the mixing device includes a horizontal installation shaft in the vertical direction in the frame, and baffles connected by rotatable pipes are uniformly arranged on the horizontal installation shaft, and the baffles are distributed at different angles. The ozone sprayed through the nozzles of the present invention is blocked and dispersed by the baffles. Since the baffles are connected to the installation shaft through rotatable pipes, the adjacent baffles are distributed at different angles, and the angles can be freely adjusted according to the actual situation.
