abstract | The invention discloses a human proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9) chemiluminescence detection reagent and a detection kit, wherein the detection reagent comprises a coating antibody, a detection antibody and an enzymatic luminescence reagent group, wherein the coating antibody and the detection antibody are rabbit anti-human PCSK9 monoclonal antibodies and are respectively connected with a protein sample to be detected to form a double-antibody sandwich structure; the enzymatic luminescent reagent group comprises enzyme and luminescent liquid corresponding to the enzyme, and the enzyme is selected from horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase or xanthine oxidase; and after the enzyme is combined with the detection antibody, catalyzing the luminescence liquid to emit light, and detecting the luminescence intensity to obtain the content of the protein to be detected. The invention adopts a chemiluminescence method to react simply and quickly, and an antibody sandwich method can not reduce the quantity of photons generated by the reaction, and has high reaction sensitivity and accurate detection result. The kit has the advantages of cheap and easily-obtained raw materials, environmental friendliness, high sensitivity and high accuracy, is suitable for detecting PCSK9 in various samples, and has wide popularization value. |
