titleOfInvention | Synthetic method of cooling agent N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butanamide |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing cooling agent N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butanamide, which comprises the following steps: (1) reacting methyl acetoacetate with 2-bromopropane under the strong alkali condition to obtain 3, 3-diisopropyl methyl acetoacetate; (2) reacting the obtained 3, 3-diisopropyl methyl acetoacetate with ethylene glycol to protect ketone carbonyl, hydrolyzing ester into hydroxyl under the action of a reducing agent, reacting with p-methylbenzenesulfonyl chloride, and removing p-toluenesulfonate to obtain 3-isopropyl-4-methyl-2-pentanone; (3) reacting 3-isopropyl-4-methyl-2-pentanone with hydroxylamine hydrochloride, and performing Beckmann rearrangement under an acid condition to obtain N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butyramide. The method successfully obtains the N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butyramide through ester methylation and Beckmann rearrangement, provides a new synthesis method for synthesizing WS-3, has higher yield, and is suitable for large-scale production. |
