The present invention provides a ligand or its enantiomer with the following structure (I): wherein: each of R a , R b , R c and R d is selected from alkyl, cycloalkyl and aryl; the bridging group is selected from CH 2 NH, *CH(CH 3 )NH(C*,R ); and the organocatalyst is an organomolecular catalyst covalently bound to said bridging group. Furthermore, the present invention provides a catalyst or an enantiomer thereof having the following structure (II): wherein: each of R a , R b , R c and R d is selected from alkyl, cycloalkyl and aryl; the bridging group is selected from CH 2 NH, *CH(CH 3 )NH(C*,R ) and *CH(CH 3 )NH(C*,S); the organocatalyst is an organomolecular catalyst covalently bonded to the bridging group; and M is selected from the group consisting of Rh, Pd, Cu, Ru, Ir, Ag, Au , Zn, Ni, Co and Fe. |
