abstract | The invention discloses an assembling and welding method for an oil pipeline of an underwater Christmas tree, which comprises the following steps: 1) placing the auxiliary tool according to the welding position, and respectively installing a connecting seat on two groups of holes predetermined on the upper surface of the tool base; 2) connecting the two welding neck flanges to the connecting seats on the side where the two welding neck flanges are located respectively; 3) assembling a pipeline body; adjusting gaps between two ports of the pipeline body and the interfaces of the two welding neck flanges, and respectively carrying out alignment by using the two alignment devices; 4) performing all-position welding of a root welding bead by adopting a tungsten electrode argon arc welding method; before welding, continuously introducing back protective gas into the inner cavity of the pipeline body from the vent hole of the connecting seat at one end, stopping introducing the back protective gas after welding for 2-3 layers, and detaching the two port aligning devices; 5) performing full-position filling welding and cover surface welding by adopting an electric arc welding method; 6) and (5) removing the auxiliary tool after the welding line is cooled to the ambient temperature, and thus obtaining the welding line. The method of the invention has high welding quality and meets the requirement of precision. |
