The invention relates to a method for preparing regenerated rubber by continuous desulfurization of multi-stage screws, and belongs to the field of recycling and reuse of waste rubber. The preliminarily mixed rubber powder and softener are compressed into the first counter-rotating twin-screw extruder through a continuous closed heat preservation conveying metering device. Under the action of the temperature in the extruder, the softener evenly penetrates the waste rubber powder and waste rubber powder. Preliminary desulfurization; after being cooled by the conveying device, it is docked into the second multi-screw extruder to achieve rapid desulfurization and regeneration through activator and shearing action; the prepared desulfurized rubber powder enters the third multi-screw extruder through the cooling conveying device. In the screw extruder, the de-processing performance is improved by shearing at low temperature. After extrusion, it passes through the molding device and the cooling device, and finally packs the recycled rubber. The whole process is completed under the condition of airtight oxygen isolation, which realizes safe, simple and continuous desulfurization regeneration, which has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, and the obtained reclaimed rubber has excellent performance. |
