titleOfInvention Method for extracting ursolic acid in cynomorium songaricum by using eutectic solvent/salt aqueous two-phase system
abstract The method adopts a eutectic solvent/salt aqueous two-phase system as an extraction solvent, firstly carries out ultrasonic extraction on cynomorium songaricum powder to obtain an eutectic solvent phase containing ursolic acid, and then carries out pre-extraction and standing layering by adopting a reverse micelle solution, wherein the upper phase is the reverse micelle phase containing the ursolic acid; then adding anhydrous ethanol into the reverse micelle phase containing ursolic acid for post-extraction, standing for layering, wherein the lower phase is ethanol phase containing ursolic acid, and vacuum drying to obtain ursolic acid powder. The method adopts the eutectic solvent/aqueous two-phase system to extract the cynomorium songaricum powder, adopts the reverse micelle extraction to separate the ursolic acid in the eutectic solvent, has the characteristics of short phase separation time, low viscosity, difficult emulsification and the like, can recycle the eutectic solvent and the reverse micelle solvent, has lower extraction cost, has higher purity and yield of the ursolic acid product, and is a green, high-efficiency and simple separation method.
