titleOfInvention System and production process for simultaneously producing sodium butyrate raw powder and butyrate particles
abstract The invention discloses a system and a production process for simultaneously producing sodium butyrate raw powder and butyrate particles, wherein the system comprises a sodium butyrate raw powder production unit and a butyrate particle production unit; the sodium butyrate raw powder production unit comprises a neutralization reaction device, a spray drying device and a collection device which are sequentially connected; the butyrate particle production unit comprises an alkali liquor spraying device, a mixing and granulating device and a drying and collecting device which are sequentially connected; the spray drying device is connected with the alkali liquor spraying device. According to the method, the sodium butyrate powder is prepared in a mode of excessive butyric acid, and the butyric acid steam excessive in neutralization reaction is recycled to prepare the butyrate particles through alkali liquor spraying, so that the sodium butyrate raw powder and the butyrate particles can be prepared simultaneously, the product purity of the sodium butyrate raw powder is more than or equal to 99.90%, and the sodium hydroxide residue does not exist in the sodium butyrate raw powder, so that the product quality is remarkably improved, and the method can be widely applied to animal breeding and medicine industries.
