abstract When an analyst inputs a sugar chain structure included in an assumed sample, an assumed ion valence, a common product ion m/z, and the like, a precursor m/z calculation unit (301) calculates m/z of a precursor ion derived from a sugar chain, and a method file creation unit (305) creates a method file including MRM parent-child ions. A multivalent ion information creation unit (303) creates a file in which the inherent ID of the sugar chain structure is associated with the precursor ion m/z and the product ion m/z. After the measurement is completed, a chromatogram creation unit (34) creates a mass chromatogram for each MRM parent/daughter ion, and a peak area summation unit (311) refers to the relevant file and sums the peak areas on the mass chromatograms for a plurality of MRM parent/daughter ions corresponding to the same sugar chain. A quantitative value calculation unit (312) obtains the ratio of the amounts of each sugar chain present as a quantitative value on the basis of the total value, and a quantitative output information creation unit (39) graphically outputs the quantitative value to a display unit (5). Thus, a multicomponent batch analysis of a compound which easily generates a polyvalent ion, such as a sugar chain, can be performed by using LC-MS.
