abstract | The present invention relates to a silica aerogel production system that can significantly increase the recovery rate of raw materials used, and reduce the energy cost required for producing silica aerogel to efficiently produce silica aerogel. The preparation system of this silica aerogel includes: a raw material supply part for supplying at least one raw material of deionized water, water glass, a surface modifier, an inorganic acid and an organic solvent to the mixing part; a mixing part mixing the raw materials delivered from the raw material supply part to prepare a silica wet gel; a separation section for separating at least one of the raw materials from the mixture containing the silica wet gel conveyed from the mixing section; a drying part drying the silica wet gel transferred from the separation part to prepare a silica aerogel; a recovery section that recovers a part of the vaporized raw material among the raw materials used in at least one of the mixing section and the drying section; and a heat transfer portion transferring heat to at least one of the mixing portion and the drying portion. |
