The present disclosure relates to medical device components having a thickness of about 4 mm or less, wherein the medical device components utilize polycarbonate polymers and from about 0.2 wt % to about 0.5 wt % of pentaerythritol tetrastearate and from about 0.05 wt% to about 0.3 wt% glyceryl monostearate is manufactured by an injection molding process; wherein the pentaerythritol tetrastearate is derived from biological sources. |
