titleOfInvention Endoscopic treatment instrument
abstract An endoscopic treatment instrument according to the present invention includes: a sheath; a balloon provided at the distal end of the sheath, the balloon being expandable from a reduced diameter state to an expanded state by injecting a fluid; and an adhesive portion provided on an inner surface side of a central portion of the balloon in a longitudinal axis direction of the sheath, the adhesive portion holding the central portion in a reduced diameter state, wherein when the fluid is injected, the balloon is configured such that when a pressure inside the balloon is equal to or lower than a first internal pressure, adhesion between the central portion and the adhesive portion is maintained, and only a distal end portion located on a distal end side of the central portion and a proximal end portion located on a proximal end side of the central portion are expanded, and when the internal pressure of the balloon is higher than the first internal pressure, the adhesive portion peels off and the central portion expands.
