abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting four kinds of B vitamins in compound three-dimensional D-calcium pantothenate syrup, which uses acetonitrile as the mobile phase A, and uses formic acid aqueous solution containing sodium lauryl sulfate as the mobile phase B; After the solution is detected by HPLC, qualitative and/or quantitative analysis is performed on four vitamins, vitamin B 1 , vitamin B 2 , vitamin B 6 and nicotinamide, according to the chromatogram; gradient elution is used in the HPLC detection process. Compared with the prior art, the present invention realizes rapid qualitative identification and/or quantitative detection of 4 kinds of vitamins in the compound three-dimensional calcium d-pantothenate syrup by HPLC method, which provides a reliable basis for the development, utilization and quality evaluation of the compound three-dimensional calcium d-pantothenate syrup.
