titleOfInvention | Homer1 monoclonal antibody and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a Homer1 monoclonal antibody and application thereof. The invention provides two hybridoma cell strains capable of stably secreting monoclonal antibodies Homer 11B 1 and Homer 11B 3 with specificity recognition Homer1 protein, wherein the preservation numbers of the hybridoma cell strains are CCTCC NO: c2017191 and CCTCC NO: C2017190. the monoclonal antibody provided by the invention is used for preparing an immunodetection tool for detecting the Homer1 protein, an immunohistochemical kit containing Homer 11B 1 and Homer 11B 3 and a kit for diagnosing Homer1 protein-related tumors. The monoclonal antibodies Homer 11B 1 and Homer 11B 3 can be specifically combined with Homer1 protein, have no cross reaction with other proteins in cells, and remarkably improve the specificity and sensitivity of Homer1 protein immunodetection. |
