abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a PVDF/PVDF-HFP hollow fiber membrane, wherein a membrane casting solution is a mixed solution of PVDF, PVDF-HFP, a polar solvent and an additive; the molecular weight of the PVDF is 30-32 ten thousand; the molecular weight of PVDF-HFP is 39-41 ten thousand; in the casting solution, the mass percentages of PVDF, PVDF-HFP, polar solvent and additive are respectively 10.5-15%, less than 4.5%, 73-77% and 8-12%; both the core liquid and the external condensate are alcohol-water solutions; the casting solution and the core solution are respectively sprayed into the outer coagulation solution from the middle hole and the inner hole of the double-hole spinning nozzle to be subjected to phase change forming to obtain membrane wires; washing and drying the membrane filaments to obtain the hollow fiber membrane. Through a large amount of researches, the inventor discovers that the cooperation of PVDF and PVDF-HFP in the mass and the proportion can be used for preparing a hollow fiber membrane which has the advantages of good appearance, excellent hydrophobic property and good mechanical strength. |
