titleOfInvention | High-strength high-conductivity aluminum alloy anode guide rod and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-strength high-conductivity aluminum alloy anode guide rod and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the high-strength high-conductivity aluminum alloy anode guide rod comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05-0.1% of Si, 0.20-0.30% of Fe, 0.02-0.03% of Ti, 0.01-0.02% of B, 0.70-0.80% of Mg, and the balance of Al and inevitable impurities, wherein the impurities are trace elements, each component does not exceed 0.02%, and the total amount of the impurities does not exceed 0.2%. The invention breaks through the traditional process method of manufacturing the anode guide rod by adding a small amount (less than or equal to 0.5%) of magnesium element into pure aluminum or pure aluminum, adopts 99.6% of high-iron electrolytic aluminum liquid, and simultaneously improves the content of the magnesium element to 0.7-0.8%, thereby effectively solving the problem of insufficient surface hardness of the anode guide rod. |
