titleOfInvention A method for re-extracting oil from Antarctic krill dregs
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and in particular relates to a method for re-extracting oil from Antarctic krill dregs. The extraction method of the present invention is as follows: mixing shrimp dregs with a mixed solvent, stirring and extracting for 1-1.5 hours, then filtering, collecting the filter residue and repeating the extraction twice, combining the filtrates, and rotating the solvent at 68-73°C to obtain the product. Wherein, the mixed solvent is composed of n-hexane and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1-3:1. The method of the present invention can effectively extract oil from shrimp dregs, and compared with the Folch method, the extraction amount of oil has increased by 2.4 times; Commonly used solvents, so the extraction method of the present invention is safe and low in cost, easy to popularize and apply.
