The photosensitizer containing the vitamin E derivative can generate more free radicals, more efficiently and quickly kill tumor cells, has the required dosage far lower than that of 5-ALA used in the market, does not contain antibiotics, does not generate drug resistance, is safe, non-toxic, economical and practical.
