titleOfInvention Isoflavone compound extracted from pawpaw as well as preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention disclosesAn isoflavone compound extracted from fructus Chaenomelis and its preparation method and application are provided. The molecular formula of the compound is C 18 H 16 O 5 Having the following structural formula: is named as: 6, 4' -dihydroxy-7- (3-hydroxypropyl) -isoflavone, english name: 6, 4' -dihydroxy-7- (3-hydroxyproyl) -isoflavane. The pawpaw extract is obtained by using pawpaw as a raw material and performing extract extraction, silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography separation. The experimental result shows that the compound has good antioxidant activity and free radical scavenging activity, can effectively inhibit oxidative deterioration of the compound when used as a spice antioxidant, obviously prolongs the quality guarantee period of the compound, and does not influence the smoking quality of cigarettes.
