abstract The invention discloses a T-shaped endotracheal intubation containing mitomycin with anti-scar function and a preparation method thereof. Firstly, the invention couples a chitosan-mitomycin conjugate with a scar-inhibiting function to the intubation tube. The surface of the tube forms a tightly bonded drug-effect coating, which can slowly release mitomycin for a period of up to 30 days, effectively improving the symptoms of infection and scar hyperplasia in patients due to long-term laryngeal intubation. In the present invention, the hydrophilic polymer is further cross-linked on the surface of the endotracheal tube to effectively improve the lubricating effect of the endotracheal tube, which is beneficial to the long-term intubation treatment of the patient's larynx.
