titleOfInvention | Method for detecting aromatic hydrocarbon mineral oil in edible oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting aromatic hydrocarbon mineral oil in edible oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a sample to be detected, diluting the sample, adding an oxidant to perform epoxidation reaction on olefin substances in the sample to be detected, terminating the reaction, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain an upper-layer solution; (2) performing solid-phase extraction and purification on the upper-layer solution obtained in the step (1) by using silver impregnated silica gel, then adding an eluent for elution, and collecting a fraction containing aromatic hydrocarbon mineral oil; (3) and (3) carrying out gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection on the fraction obtained in the step (2), scanning, extracting gas chromatography-mass spectrograms of the characteristic ions 105 and 128, and analyzing and calculating the content of the aromatic hydrocarbon mineral oil in the detected sample. The method can effectively solve the analysis problems of difficult quantitative detection, serious false positive and the like of the aromatic mineral oil in the edible oil at present. |
