titleOfInvention | Composite surface treating agent for improving fiber colorability and use method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a composite surface treating agent for improving the colorability of fibers, a use method and application thereof, wherein the composite surface treating agent comprises a pretreatment agent and a post-treatment agent; the pretreatment agent comprises a coupling agent; the post-treatment agent comprises a film forming agent, a cross-linking agent, a complexing agent, a dispersing agent and deionized water. The pretreatment agent is firstly self-assembled on the surface of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber in a vaporization state through orientation adsorption to form a monolayer film with exposed active groups, the post-treatment agent is further combined with the active groups of the monolayer film in a dip-coating mode and is subjected to polycondensation in-situ curing reaction to form a film, and the coloring capability of downstream products such as ropes and cables made of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber is improved through the synergistic effect of the pretreatment agent and the post-treatment agent on the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and the mechanical property of the fiber body cannot be reduced. |
