titleOfInvention | Cell imaging probe based on all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a cell imaging probe based on all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the cell imaging probe comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a toluene solution of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots, 2) uniformly mixing the toluene solution of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots with an amphiphilic phospholipid chloroform solution and a functional phospholipid chloroform solution, removing an organic solvent, and dissolving in ultrapure water to obtain the cell imaging probe based on the all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots. The probe provided by the invention has the advantages of high fluorescence quantum efficiency, good biocompatibility, small cytotoxicity and the like. |
