titleOfInvention | Preparation method of rosin-based multi-active-site acrylamide composite hydrogel |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of rosin-based active site acrylamide composite hydrogel, which comprises the following steps of sequentially connecting: 1) synthesizing a rosin-based acrylamide monomer with multiple active sites; 2) dissolving acrylamide, an initiator, a cross-linking agent and an emulsifier in deionized water; 3) dissolving the rosin-based monomer obtained in the step 1) in ethanol; 4) and (3) dropwise adding the material obtained in the step 3) into the material obtained in the step 2), and carrying out constant-temperature water bath at 50 +/-5 ℃ to prepare the rosin-based acrylamide composite hydrogel. According to the preparation method of the rosin-based multi-active-site acrylamide composite hydrogel, rosin serving as a raw material of three natural biomass resources is used for synthesizing a rosin-based functional monomer, the synthesized monomer is used for participating in copolymerization modification of acrylamide hydrogel, the synthesis step is simple, the composite hydrogel obtained through a two-step method solves the defects of poor salt resistance, poor heat resistance and insufficient mechanical properties of pure acrylamide hydrogel, and meanwhile, the technical problems of environmental protection and safety are solved. |
