abstract | An azide solid propellant and its preparing process features that azide polyether diol or polyol is used as adhesive, nitrate is used as plasticizer, alkynyl polyether or polyester is used as alkynyl solidifying agent, and binary or polybasic isocyanate is used as isocyanate solidifying agent. The polyurethane elastomer containing triazole ring is formed by the Huisgen 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of azide group of azide polyether adhesive side chain and alkynyl-terminated polyether or polyester. On the basis of a polyurethane curing system, a Huisgen click chemistry curing system is introduced. The invention relates to an azide solid propellant, wherein a polyurethane curing mode and a click chemistry curing mode exist in the propellant at the same time. The prepared solid propellant has better tensile strength and modulus on the premise of maintaining higher elongation, and has good mechanical property and structural stability. |
