The method is suitable for separating nitrotoluene and improving the concentration of low-concentration dilute nitric acid in the waste sulfuric acid treatment, improves the use value of low-value dilute nitric acid, better solves the production balance problem of dilute nitric acid, and improves the economy of a waste sulfuric acid treatment device.
