titleOfInvention A method for synthesizing organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite microcrystals
abstract The invention relates to a new synthesis method of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material, which can be used for rapid synthesis of perovskite microcrystals. Using the inverse temperature effect of the solubility of perovskite materials, that is, high solubility at low temperature and low solubility at high temperature, adding disturbance magnetons during the heating crystallization process can quickly obtain micron-sized perovskite single crystals. Mixed-halogen perovskite crystallites can be synthesized by varying the ratio of halogens in the precursor solution. The method of the invention greatly shortens the crystallization time, the synthesis time is 3-5 minutes, and the operation is simple, which can be used for industrial batch preparation.
