abstract The invention provides a gas sensor for detecting gas with high precision. The gas sensor includes: a 1 st detection element, a 2 nd detection element, a 3 rd detection element and an arithmetic section. The 1 st detection element changes its resonance frequency by adsorption of a specific gas, and includes a 1 st resonator having a predetermined structure and a 1 st adsorption film provided on the 1 st resonator and adsorbing the gas. The 2 nd detection element changes its resonance frequency due to moisture in the gas, and includes a 2 nd transducer having the predetermined structure and a 2 nd adsorption film provided on the 2 nd transducer and adsorbing the moisture. The 3 rd detection element includes the 3 rd oscillator having the predetermined structure, and a resonance frequency changes depending on the temperature of the gas. The calculation unit corrects a change in the resonance frequency of the 1 st detection element based on a change in the resonance frequency of the 2 nd detection element and a change in the resonance frequency of the 3 rd detection element.
