titleOfInvention | Method for preparing butadiene through oxidative dehydrogenation of butylene |
abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing butadiene by oxidative dehydrogenation of butylene, which comprises a reaction stage and a post-treatment stage, wherein: the method comprises the following steps of adopting a multi-stage adiabatic fixed bed which is operated in series in a reaction stage, wherein butylene, oxygen-containing gas and water react in the presence of a catalyst in each stage of the adiabatic fixed bed, wherein a diluent of nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide is separately fed into one stage of the adiabatic fixed bed, the molar ratio of the diluent which is separately fed to all oxygen-containing gas fed into each subsequent stage of the adiabatic fixed bed is controlled, wherein the oxygen-containing gas is air, oxygen-enriched air or oxygen, and at least one oxygen-containing gas fed into each subsequent stage of the adiabatic fixed bed is oxygen-enriched air or oxygen with specific oxygen content; and a post-treatment stage for post-treating the reaction effluent from the last stage of the multi-stage adiabatic fixed bed to separate butadiene as a product. The invention has the advantage that the total energy consumption of the whole process is reduced. |
