The base paper has high tensile strength, good transparency, firm fiber shaping and high surface strength, does not lose hair and powder when being cut and rubbed at the end face, replaces a PET film as a base material, can directly coat a heat-sealing adhesive film on the base material, and then is cut to obtain a thin carrier tape covering tape without coating an adhesive, a PE film, an antistatic agent and the like. |
