abstract The present invention provides a kind of high solid content water EU resin, by weight, is made up of following raw material:100~150 parts of polyalcohol, 20~40 parts of polyisocyanates, the first 4~8 parts of chain extender, the second 3~5 parts of chain extender, 3~6 parts of triethylamine, 0.05~0.1 part of organic bismuth catalyst, 120~140 parts of water.Polyalcohol and polyisocyanates are weighed by number, and 2~3h is reacted at 85~95 DEG C;The first chain extender, acetone are added, and 1~3h is reacted at 75~85 DEG C;Then organic bismuth catalyst is added, 2~3h is reacted at 65~75 DEG C, triethylamine is added after being cooled to 35~45 DEG C and is stirred, continue to stir after adding water, it is subsequently added into the second chain extender, then reactant is reacted into 2~3h at 30~60 DEG C, vacuum abjection acetone can obtain the high solid content water EU resin.The solid content of the polyurethane resin of the present invention has fabulous elastic, outstanding wet-hot aging performance, higher peel strength, excellent water resistance up to more than 60%, particularly suitable for spinning coating.
