The nucleotide sequence of the fibrinogen gene LvfrpE of the litopenaeus vannamei is shown as SEQ ID NO.2, and the amino acid sequence of the encoded protein LvfrpE is shown as SEQ ID NO. 3. The fibrinogen gene LvfrepP is cloned from the litopenaeus vannamei for the first time, and experiments prove that the gene expression product LvfrepP has strong agglutination effect on various bacteria in vitro and can quickly help the shrimp body to remove the bacteria in the shrimp body. Therefore, the fibrinogen gene LvfrpE and fibrinogen LvfrpE of the litopenaeus vannamei provided by the invention provide genetic markers for screening litopenaeus vannamei families with excellent properties and also provide new target sites for genetic improvement of litopenaeus vannamei. |
