abstract | The invention discloses a boron nitride composite magnesium aluminate spinel brick for a corrosion-resistant cement kiln transition zone and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) calcining magnesia-alumina spinel, boron nitride, perlite, carbon powder and metal chloride salt in the presence of protective gas to prepare a calcined product; 2) mixing and aging bauxite, mullite, aluminum slag, silicon carbide, alumina, zircon sand, a calcined product, calcium lignosulfonate, sodium silicate, cyclodextrin and water to prepare a mixture; 3) pressing the mixture to obtain a green brick; 4) and drying, firing and cooling the green brick to obtain the boron nitride composite magnesia-alumina spinel brick for the transition zone of the corrosion-resistant cement kiln. The boron nitride composite magnesium aluminate spinel brick for the transition zone has excellent corrosion resistance. |
