titleOfInvention | Method for treating alkaline zinc-nickel alloy electroplating wastewater |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for treating alkaline zinc-nickel alloy electroplating wastewater, which comprises the steps of adjusting the pH value of the alkaline zinc-nickel alloy electroplating wastewater to 3-4, adding a sodium diethyldithiocarbamate aqueous solution, precipitating zinc and nickel, and adding a flocculating agent to enable precipitated particles to be aggregated; adjusting the pH value of the electroplating wastewater to 4.5-5.5, and then adding a sodium hypochlorite solution; and adjusting the pH value of the treated electroplating wastewater to 6-9 to obtain the electroplating wastewater. The method for treating the alkaline zinc-nickel alloy electroplating wastewater disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the pH of the wastewater in the sedimentation tank is controlled to be 4.5-5.5, so that sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, zinc and nickel ions are completely precipitated; and the strong aliphatic polyamine coordination agent in the wastewater is not required to be damaged by adding hydrogen peroxide, so that the treatment process is simplified, the treatment process can be butted with the conventional electroplating wastewater treatment equipment, the difficulty in the conventional alkaline zinc-nickel alloy electroplating wastewater treatment is solved, and the method has a good market application prospect. |
