abstract The invention discloses a 3D-printed clozapine orally disintegrating tablet which is mainly prepared from the following components in percentage by mass by adopting a 3D printing technology: 10-60% of clozapine, 30-90% of filler, 1-10% of dry adhesive, 0-1.0% of superfine silica gel powder and 0-2% of flavoring agent. The invention also discloses a ratio method of the clozapine orally disintegrating tablet. The clozapine orally disintegrating tablet provided by the invention is high in disintegration speed, can be rapidly disintegrated in the oral cavity without being taken with a large amount of water when meeting saliva, and has great significance for improving the medicine taking success rate and compliance of psychopath patients.
