abstract The present invention provides a curable composition which has excellent filling property and curing property to a silicone mold, and can inhibit the silicone mold from swelling to improve the durability of the silicone mold, thereby increasing the durability times. The curable composition of the present invention is a curable composition for producing an optical component by molding using a silicone mold, the curable composition containing a curable compound and a cationic polymerization initiator, wherein the curable compound contains an alicyclic epoxy compound (A) in an amount of 10 wt% or more based on the total amount of the curable compounds contained in the curable composition, and contains a curable compound having a molecular weight of 400 or more in an amount of 10to 50 wt% based on the total amount of the curable compounds contained in the curable composition.
