The present disclosure relates to compositions comprising substituted iminodiacetic acid ligands and metal tricarbonyl complexes comprising ligands and derivatives thereof. In certain embodiments, the metal tricarbonyl complex is used as a radioisotope tracer (such as a kidney tracer). In certain embodiments, the metal complex comprises99mTc or Re . In certain embodiments, these ligands are substituted with fluorine, fluorine-18 (F 18 ) radioisotopes, or other radionuclides. |
