The invention provides a method for synthesizing resveratrol, belonging to the technical field of natural product synthesis. With 3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid as raw material, generate 3,5-dimethoxybenzoyl chloride (12) through acid chloride reaction; 12 generates 3,5-dimethoxybenzene through amidation reaction Amide (13); 13 generates 3,5-dimethoxyaniline (14) through Hofmann (Hofmann) degradation reaction; 14 generates 3,5-dimethoxyiodobenzene (15) through Sandmeyer reaction ; 15 reacts with p-methoxystyrene (23) to generate 3,5,4'-trimethoxystilbene (31), and 31 demethylation finally generates resveratrol (1), with a total yield of 23.3%. The reagents used in this method route are cheap and easy to obtain, and the post-treatment is simple, and the two expensive intermediates required for the Heck reaction are synthesized using cheap raw materials.
