abstract | The invention discloses a continuous flow clean production process of pyrazolone series products, which comprises the steps of reacting aromatic amine with a sulfuric acid aqueous solution for 0.5-2h to obtain an aromatic amine sulfate solution; the aromatic amine sulfate solution and the sodium nitrite solution enter a premixer at the same time, and enter a continuous flow reactor for diazotization after being mixed; continuously adding the generated diazonium salt into an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfite and ammonium bisulfite to carry out reduction reaction; adding sulfuric acid solution after the reduction reaction is finished, and carrying out hydrolysis reaction at 70-120 ℃; neutralizing after hydrolysis reaction, controlling the pH value to be 2-5, carrying out condensation reaction with diethylamine at 40-70 ℃, cooling to 10-40 ℃ after reacting for 1-3 hours, filtering and drying to obtain a pyrazolone product; after the mother liquor is extracted by solvent or decolored by active carbon, the mother liquor is evaporated and concentrated, and is cooled in a sectional gradient way, and is crystallized and separated to obtain ammonium sulfate and sodium sulfate.
