titleOfInvention Synthesis method of brown porous iron-nickel soapstone pigment
abstract The invention discloses a synthesis method of a brown porous iron-nickel soapstone pigment, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a divalent nickel salt and a trivalent iron salt together with water, adding a template agent under the stirring condition, uniformly mixing, and then dropwise adding water glass under the stirring condition, wherein the molar solubility ratio of iron ions, silicon ions, nickel ions and the template agent in the mixed solution is 1: 4.3-13.6: 4-10.4: 0.4 to 1.4; the molar concentration of the nickel ions is 0.5-3 mol/L; stirring for 10-40 minutes, dropwise adding 0.1-2 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting the pH value to 8.5-10.5 to obtain a tan turbid liquid, carrying out sealed reaction at 270-330 ℃ for 20-130 hours, washing, filtering and drying to obtain a tan iron-nickel solid, roasting at 500-700 ℃ for 6-10 hours, and removing a template agent to obtain the brown porous iron-nickel saponite pigment. The brown porous iron-nickel soapstone pigment obtained by the method has the advantages of stable structure, large adsorption space and specific surface area, and the synthesized inorganic iron-nickel soapstone has brown color, stable color and no pollution.
