abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a Co-based catalyst and application of the Co-based catalyst in eugenol conversion. Co-based catalysts include CoAl-O, CoAl-S or CoAlMo-S catalysts. Co-based catalysts in different existing forms, including cobalt oxide, cobalt sulfide and Mo-doped cobalt molybdenum sulfide catalysts, are prepared by using CoAl hydrotalcite as a precursor, so that selectivity of catalyst activity is realized. The Co-based catalyst has much higher hydrodeoxygenation capacity than the commercial CoMo/Al2O3 sulfide catalyst in catalytic conversion of lignin model compound eugenol by taking the activity of CoAlMo-S as an example. Under the reaction conditions of 3MPa, 300 ℃ and 3 hours, the conversion rate of the eugenol reaches 100 percent, the main product is a phenol product, and the yield is more than 60 percent. The stability of the catalyst is greatly improved, and the catalyst still maintains higher activity after multiple cycles. |
