titleOfInvention Urea pyrolysis denitration control system
abstract The embodiment of the invention discloses a urea pyrolysis denitration control system, which comprises: a denitration system and a predictive control system; the prediction control system is used for acquiring the controlled variable of the denitration system, performing prediction control according to the controlled variable and outputting a total urea flow control instruction generated according to a prediction control result to the denitration system; and the denitration system is used for controlling the total flow of the urea solution entering the pyrolysis furnace according to the total urea flow control instruction so as to enable the absolute value of the difference value between the NOx concentration at the outlet of the denitration system and the first set NOx concentration to be smaller than or equal to a first preset value. The embodiment of the invention takes the total flow of the urea solution as the control flow, gives the total flow of the urea solution through predictive control, realizes the ammonia injection optimization control, overcomes the problem of large control loop lag in the prior art, improves the stability of a control system, and has the advantages of good stability, strong anti-interference capability, high response speed and the like.
