abstract The invention discloses a green accurate preservative and fresh-keeping method for blueberries and application thereof, wherein the method comprises the steps of spraying a biological preservative before harvesting the blueberries, classifying the fruits without damage according to the sizes of the fruits, quickly pre-cooling the fruits in a pre-cooling warehouse for 6-10 h within 3-5 h after harvesting, pre-cooling the fruits for 4-8 h at the temperature of 0 +/-0.5 ℃, and then sealing a micro-air-conditioning anti-fog fresh-keeping bag with the thickness of 20-35 mu m on the outer liner of a small basket; domesticating at the temperature of-1.6 to-1.2 ℃ for 6-8 h, storing at the temperature of-0.8 to-0.5 ℃ or-0.5 to-0.2 ℃ for 60-70 d, adjusting the temperature of the storage to 0-0.5 ℃ for 48-72 h, and then re-waking at the temperature of 10 +/-0.5 ℃ for 24-36 h, removing the outer package, fumigating with high-concentration 1-MCP, and then carrying out commercialized blueberry packaging. By combining the technology and the process parameters, the original texture of the blueberries can be obviously maintained, and the quality of the blueberries can be improved.
