abstract The invention relates to the fields of petroleum refining and petrochemistry, and in particular to compositions of multifunctional universal additives, and to fuel compositions containing said additives and intended for use in internal combustion engines, but also in boilers and furnaces. The fuel additive of the present invention contains fatty alcohol, water, urea and acetanilide. The use of the proposed multifunctional universal additive in fuel compositions provides reduced specific fuel consumption, less harmful impurities in exhaust and exhaust gases (CO, CH, soot) and reduced soot formation in the combustion zone. The additives of the present invention have dispersant properties in compositions of heavy distillates and residual fuels.
