abstract | The invention discloses a method and a device for testing solid-state storage equipment. The solid-state storage device includes S +1 logical units, the S +1 logical units providing a plurality of page stripes, the page stripes including S +1 physical pages, the S +1 physical pages in the page stripes being from each of the S +1 logical units, each physical page accommodating one logical page. The test method of the solid-state storage device comprises the following steps: writing data to consecutive logical addresses a to a + S, wherein the data is written to page stripe 0, and physical page 0 of page stripe 1; writing data to the continuous logical addresses A +1 to S + A + 1; erasing the physical block where the page stripe 0 and the page stripe 1 are located; writing data having an uncorrectable error to a physical page 0 of a page stripe 0 and a physical page 1 of a page stripe 1; data is read from logical addresses A and A + 1. The embodiment of the invention can simultaneously trigger the reading operation of a plurality of page stripes with uncorrectable error data frames, thereby testing whether the solid-state storage device can work correctly. |
